Get to know the Team

With almost 25 years of experience between Brian and I we really know what we're doing when it comes to food and the service industry. We each come from wildly different backgrounds in the culinary world but I think thats what makes us a great match.

Straight out of high school Brian began his education at C.I.A or Culinary Institute of America in New York. There he received Associates and Bachelors Degrees as well as studied abroad in Spain. After Graduating he continued his education at Fine Dining and studied under Michelin Star Chefs. His passion for food is so fun to experience because he loves to bend the rules and test the boundaries but also loves the classics. 

 About Bianca

I started as a third generation waitress in Santa Cruz and from there I fell in love with the fast paced industry. During the pandemic Brian and I were navigating being new parents and unemployed for the first time and it was one of the hardest things we've ever done. We knew we had to adapt and adjust to the changes in out personal life as well as what was happening in the outside world. When this opportunity fell into our laps we knew we had to jump on it. And I can confidently say that it was one of the best things we have done.

I can't express the gratitude we feel towards Brian. He's the man behind getting your deliveries to you safe and sound. He starts everyday with a smile and has been an absolute asset to our team, always bringing new ideas to the table.
